The Importance of the Australia Series to Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli announced his retirement from T20Is last year after India’s T20 World Cup victory in Barbados. Indian cricket fans were shocked by this news and started speculating about his future. Thankfully, the recent post has provided some hope to the cricket fans.

It is reported that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have been selected for the ODI format, but people won’t be able to witness Rohit's captaincy in the game now. However, the duo’s appearance in the ODI World Cup 2027 is not yet confirmed by the chief selector, Ajit Agarkar, or the team’s head coach, Guatam Gambhir. Given their ages, the team’s management is not certain about Rohit's and Virat’s commitment plans.
