India Calls Out Pakistan’s ‘Terrorist T20’ As G20 Diplomacy Gains Global SpotlightPriyanka Chaturvedi condemns Pakistan for harboring global terrorists amid India’s G20 leadership

Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi released scathing remarks about Pakistan yesterday. She blamed the neighboring country for sheltering the world’s leading terrorists while India is seeking global free trade agreements.

Speaking to Indian expatriates in London as a member of an all-party delegation, Chaturvedi referred to India’s successful G20 presidency. She compared it with Pakistan’s advocacy of what she called a ‘free terrorist agreement’ (T-20).

They Shake Hands but Bite You in the Back: Priyanka Chaturvedi

Chaturvedi mentioned the 2011 US raid, which took out Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan, pointing out how the terrorist leader was supposedly protected by Pakistan in the face of global pressure.

“You all have to watch the documentary on how he was removed from Pakistan. He was concealed, actively funded, supported, assisted, and trained,” she stated, adding, “They greet you with their hands but stab you at the back.”

Operation Sindoor: India Fights Back against Terror

The MP welcomed India’s armed response after the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 civilians died. Operation Sindoor, begun on May 7, hit terror infrastructure all over Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Chaturvedi disclosed that more than 100 terrorists were eliminated in the attacks, which thwarted prospective terror attacks not only in India but also all over the world.

Indian armed forces have declared that more than 100 terrorists were killed in the attacks. You can sense that these terrorists were able to carry out 100 terror operations across the globe. The world ought to thank the Indian armed forces for what they accomplished,” she declared.

Message of Unity Amid Attempts to Divide

Chaturvedi criticized the ghettoization agenda of terrorists who challenged the faith of civilians during the Pahalgam attack, terming it an attempt to break the unity of India. “India doesn’t stand divided. India stands united, and it’s our diversity that we celebrate, the diversity that brings this unity,” she said.

She also criticized statements by Pakistan’s then Army chief General Asim Munir, which sought to highlight religious differences, reminding that over 200 million Indian Muslims stand firmly with the government against terrorism.

Delegation’s Global Outreach

Chaturvedi is among an Indian delegation headed by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad and comprising MPs from cross-party groups mandated with taking India’s zero-tolerance policy to terrorism across the world. The delegation is among seven multi-party groups making trips to 33 global capitals to mobilize support and offer India’s story after the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor.
