Main Faces & Seats in Bihar Assembly Election 2025
Nitish Kumar is an important face in the JDU and NDA parties. Key leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) include the deputy chief ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha. Tejashwi Yadav, the son of Former Chief Minister of Bihar Lalu Prasad Yadav, was previously Nitish Kumar’s deputy CM. However, he is currently the leader of the opposition.
Caste, loyalty shifts, and socio-economic progress might be the subject of heated discussion during the campaigning process. Apart from this, the Special Intensive Revision of voter rolls that was implemented recently might be a difficult topic to breach for the RJD and the Congress party.
The ECI has made special arrangements for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections 2025. The voting body has planned for 9,000 polling stations in Bihar, 1,000 of which will be managed by women. These elections will be held in two phases on 6 November and 11 November.
