Fortunately, AI has the power to make brands more human, and engage with consumers on a more personal level. Conversational AI devices like chatbots are promoting marketing and sales by availing 24x7 communications with customers. A report suggests that more than 90% of the consumers communicate with brands through messages. Chatbots comes with a lot of advantages. It can automatically reply to common questions and queries from consumers in real-time. Chatbots can extract the content from the website and reply to a broad range of complications. Not only can chatbots do more typical top-of-the-funnel work, but they can also actually lead sales calls and allot time for meetings. 

Besides, AI email assistants also function to strengthen the communication between brands and consumers. These sales assistants amplify the sales team’s capabilities and create opportunities from leads that would have otherwise remained dormant. Conversational AI also acts as AI messengers to enable automated conversations. Conversational AI in the HR department is something that sprouted during the pandemic. With leave, attendance, payroll and employment details setting the bat with higher volumes, there has been a tactical shift in employees interest towards newer AI chatbots offerings such as health, well-being, conversation enabled meeting, performance, remote knowledge repository access.
