Home Minister Amit Shah Vows to 'Hunt Down Each Culprit' Behind Deadly Red Fort Explosion

Union Home Minister of India, Amit Shah, chaired a high-level security meeting to address the recent car bombing that occurred near the Red Fort in Delhi. Shah shared that all the possibilities surrounding the incident are being examined, and thorough investigations will soon be carried out.

The blast killed approximately 13 people, leaving more than 20 severely injured. According to the reports, the National Investigative Agency is looking into the case, following the orders from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

High-Level Investigation and Agency Coordination

After the blast, Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a high-level security meeting and ordered an investigation into the case. He said, "All possibilities are being explored and a thorough investigation will be done." The Delhi Police registered an FIR under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosives Act.

The Ministry of Home Affairs pushed the inquiry to the National Investigation Agency, citing the possibility of the explosion being a terror attack. An organized network's involvement is indicated by a huge quantity of explosives recovered from a neighboring area. 

The Left parties also demanded a thorough probe into the explosion near the Red Fort. The national capital has been placed on high alert as a precaution. Strict vigilance is being maintained at all major terminals.

Vow for Justice and Stern Action

PM Modi has said that the conspirators of the Delhi blast "will not be spared." He asserted that the probe agencies "will get to the bottom of the case." The Prime Minister further added that those responsible will face "strictest action."

The PM assured the country that the individuals responsible for the crime will be "brought to justice." He also expressed grief over the incident and the loss suffered by several families, mentioning that the entire nation stands with them.
