PM-Modis-Stark-WarningEat-Roti-Or-My-Bullet-for-Pakistan-on-TerrorismModi to Pakistan: Choose Peace or Face India's Retaliation

In Gujarat's Bhuj, a very powerful and unemotional speech by Prime Minister Narendra Modi forewarned Pakistan to make a choice of peace and reject all forms of terror or face consequences from India's reciprocal power.

His direct message, "Sukh chain ki zindagi jiyo, roti khao, warna meri goli to hai hi" (Live a life of peace and eat your bread, or else my bullet is always ready), further reinforced the message that India will never tolerate the scourge of cross-border terrorism.

Modi's Sharp Warning: "Operation Sindoor" Follows Pakistan's Inaction on Terrorism

The remarks came in the immediate aftermath of "Operation Sindoor," a large-scale military action undertaken by the Indian forces in retaliation to an atrocious terror strike in Pahalgam, Kashmir, which tragically resulted in the death of 26 persons.

Modi said, "We waited for 15 days for Pakistan to do something against those involved in the attack, but no action was taken.

"He had since given freedom to the Indian armed forces. "It seems terrorism is their bread and butter," remarked Modi with regard to the government and military establishment of Pakistan, which have allegedly nurtured the cause of terrorism at the cruel price of their own people's welfare.

PM Modi Urges Pakistani Youth to Combat Terrorism, Contrasts Nations' Priorities Post-Strike

Addressing a public rally with the inauguration of development projects worth over ₹50,000 crore, PM Modi appealed directly to the youth of Pakistan. "To free Pakistan from the disease of terrorism, Pakistan's people, their youth, have to step forward," he said.

He contrasted the impressive economic growth of India, now the fourth-largest economy of the world, with the difficulties of Pakistan and asked them to reflect upon the present stature of their nation.

"While India believes in tourism, Pakistan considers terrorism as tourism, which is very dangerous for the world," underscoring a fundamental difference in the priorities of the two nations.

He repeated that Operation Sindoor was not a retaliatory strike but "a mission to save humanity and end terrorism." He bragged about the efficient Indian response, stating, "Our retaliation was so strong that their airbases are still in ICU."

"Whoever will make us bleed will face the same fate. At no cost will they be spared," he further warned. Such a bold declaration left no room for doubt as to how far India is prepared to go to protect its sovereignty and the lives of its citizens.

Modi Cites Kutch's Resilience, Signalling India's Assertive Stance on Cross-Border Terrorism

In addition, the PM recounted the resilience of the people of Kutch, particularly women who, in a very short span of 72 hours, rebuilt the Bhuj airbase during the course of the 1971 war.

This historical example was purposefully cited to show the internal strength of India to face any challenge and to project a determined message toward any actor on the other side.

PM Modi's strong message from a border district marks a clear shift in the posture of India toward a more assertive and proactive policy toward terrorism emanating from Pakistan. He strategically appealed to the Pakistani people instead of addressing Pakistan's leaders, aiming to influence public opinion and highlight the human cost of state-sponsored terrorism.

This warning acts as a bitter reminder that India is ready to take any means necessary to ensure its security and stability.
