Eyewitness Accounts Detail Loss of Control and Fiery Impact

People present at the site reported the sudden and dramatic loss of control by the aircraft during its performance. The Tejas aircraft was displaying aerobatic skills at the Al Maktoum International Airport.

During the showdown, the jet suddenly appeared to lose control while attempting a turn. Witnesses described a rapid nose-down trajectory after what seemed like a stall-like motion. The fighter jet then came down at a great speed, striking the ground.

As soon as the aircraft crashed, it erupted into flames. Thick, black plumes of smoke immediately rose from it towards the sky. Emergency crews quickly rushed to the scene. The jet went down near the display zone, away from the main crowd area.
