South Indian actor Mahesh Babu’s trainer Kumar Mannava has revealed the actor’s secret diet that makes him look youthful despite his age. The actor has reportedly turned 50, but with his structured and guided diet and exercise regimen, he still looks decades younger. 

A Non-Negotiable 5-Day Workout Split

Mahesh Babu follows a very focused five-day-a-week workout routine, wherein each daily session targets one specific body part for dedicated training. According to his fitness coach, Kumar Mannava, Mahesh Babu never skips workouts and considers the star's discipline outstanding even when compared to other celebrities.
