Google Cloud

Recently, Google Cloud and C3 AI, a Redwood-based enterprise artificial intelligence company, has announced a partnership that is expected to change the tailwind of enterprise AI software. By making the move, C3 AI will bring its enterprise AI software solutions to Google Cloud and streamline its services there. Besides, the duo has also planned to offer an even more sophisticated and tailored range of enterprise AI software services in diverse industries.

Some of the major C3 AI services available on Google Cloud include C3 AI Suite, C3 AI CRM, and C3 AI Ex. While C3 AI Suite is a platform that helps develop, deploy and operate AI applications, C3 AI CRM leverages industry-specific AI CRM applications. On the other hand, C3 AI Ex is a no-code AI tool that aids companies to opt for software with zero code. Under the agreement, sales teams from both Google Cloud and C3 AI will co-sell C3 AI’s enterprise AI software, running on the industry’s cleanest cloud. By combining innovation, initiative, leadership, scale, go-to-market expertise, and employee skills, the new collaboration is expected to dramatically accelerate the adoption of enterprise AI applications across many sectors. To further enhance the adoption, C3 AI will work closely with Google Cloud to reassure that its solutions fully leverage the accuracy and scale of multiple Google Products and capabilities. C3 AI will help its customers build and deploy machine learning models quickly and effectively on Google Kubernetes Engine, Google BigQuery, and Vertex AI. C3 AI’s solutions that are already built on the basics of Google Cloud infrastructure will get a twist by directly enforcing them on Google Cloud’s portfolio.

Why the Mergers Matters?

The exclusive C3 AI services are now available in Google Cloud’s infrastructure. Although it is expected to change the way machine learning and enterprise AI software works, on the sidelines, the partnership is expected to also address the challenges in the healthcare industry. The ability to leverage predictive tools will improve the availability of critical healthcare equipment. Some of the other industries that will experience more enterprise AI software solutions are listed below.

  • In the manufacturing sector, the partnership is anticipated to unravel solutions that are more reliable for assets and fleets. They will help improve AI-powered predictive maintenance and revenue and product forecasting accuracy.
  • Network resilience and customer experience are very important in telecommunication. The emerging availability of C3 AI in Google Cloud is predicted to support these motives and eventually reduce costs and the carbon footprint of operations.
  • The merger will assist financial institutions to modernize their cash management offering, improve lending processes, and will also reduce customer churn.
  • In the supply chain industry, it will help supply chain reliant businesses understand risks in their network. The solutions will also help maximize resilience and optimize inventory accordingly.
