Samsung announces December 15 launch of its AI-driven Galaxy Book 4

According to Yonhap News, Samsung is aiming to release the world's first 'AI laptop,' the Galaxy Book 4, on December 15, exactly one day after Intel's latest Meteor Lake CPUs were released on December 14.

The Korean tech giant is preparing to unveil the Galaxy Book 4 on December 15, a month sooner than its predecessor.

Samsung intends to employ the neural processing unit on the new Intel processors, together with its huge language model - Samsung Gauss - to execute a variety of AI-related jobs.

The Intel Meteor Lake processors are projected to include a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) in the SoC that will be capable of doing various AI tasks without the need for a network connection.

The NPU on the new Intel CPU, along with the utilization of Samsung's Gauss, might provide the corporation with increased processing speed and security.
