PM Modi Abused During Rahul Gandhi’s Bihar Rally: BJP Slams Congress, Calling It “Gali Wali Party”
Congress is attracting hate from all over India after PM Modi was verbally abused at a Bihar Rally. This incident happened during Rahul Gandhi’s “Voter Adhikar Yatra”. The video has gone viral on social media platforms, where some random people are seen using Hindi slurs not only against the Prime Minister but also against his mother. The remarks were passed from the dais of Rahul Gandhi’s rally.
Mohammad Naushad Apologizes to PM Modi
As the video in which harsh words were used against PM Modi went viral, Mohammad Naushad, an Indian Youth Congress National Secretary, said that the party would not make such crude remarks against the Prime Minister.
He further stated that he also disapproved of the language used by the people. He added that this could be done by the opposition to fulfil their hidden motives or by people with vested interests.
Apologizing for the shameful act, Naushad said, “Yesterday I had a program in Bitholi as part of Rahul Gandhi’s Voter Rights Yatra… We have been party workers for 20 years, and would never stoop to such cheap and disgraceful behaviour.”
He also said that he had inquired about the matter, and as soon as Rahul Gandhi arrived, they moved towards the Muzaffarpur rally.
Congress Crossed All Limits, Says BJP
Sambit Patra, the BJP MP and spokesperson, slammed Congress for displaying such behaviour against PM Modi in the Bihar rally. He said, “The rally is currently in Bihar, and the language used there is disturbing. Unfortunately, we even have to discuss such behaviour in a press conference.”
He also talked about limits that should not be crossed, "In a democracy, there are certain boundaries, and today those boundaries have been crossed. The Prime Minister has been targeted with abusive language, which is a matter of great shame for the party responsible.”
The BJP was about to post the viral video on its official X handle, but refrained from doing it. However, it said that Congress has crossed all “limits of insult, hatred, and vulgarity.”
The Union Minister, Chirag Paswan, has also condemned the use of insulting language against PM Modi and remarked that they have spoken like local goons. Due to this incident, Congress is facing criticism from everywhere. Mohammad Naushad tried to defend by saying that it was done by the opposition or by people with personal hidden motives.
