Creating a Global Dominance
PCLaw | Time Matters LLC is led by Chris Stock, CEO and a member of the PCLaw | Time Matters Board of Directors. Chris joined LEAP in 2008 in Australia. In 2014, he was promoted as the General Manager and successfully established LEAP in the United Kingdom. Nine months later, he was asked to open another office and then he launched LEAP in the United States as the then CEO.

Since the company’s inception as a standalone software organization, PCLaw | Time Matters has invested more than $10M a year in providing better products and support for their customers.

Over the past year, the company has released hundreds of software and application-stability enhancements that improve workflows, automation, and third-party integrations.
Recently, PCLaw | Time Matters published the 2021 versions of Time Matters and PCLaw, which together, include integrations that provide functionality for secure document sharing, court deadline tracking, and online credit card payments.

As with all professions, COVID-19 continues to impact business needs across the legal market, and businesses must evolve. Both PCLaw | Time Matters customers and employees require virtual services, remote access, and flexibility. The company quickly released new platforms and improved Apps to ensure business continuity for their customers.
PCLaw | Time Matters customers have increased levels of turnover requiring additional licensing, support, and training. Since March 2020:
- More than 5,500 Users Were Trained: P|T University courses have been made available in both on-demand and live online user training formats in topics ranging from “Getting Started” to “Advanced Reporting”.
- 2,500 Legal Staff were Educated: Monthly webinars helped to keep the users aware of the best practices through the turbulent market last year. 2021 saw the highest attendance yet.
- 26,000+ Online Chats: P|T firms quickly adjusted to live chat, a new way to access online customer support; gaining efficiency in productivity and quicker resolution times.
PCLaw | Time Matters understands that the highest-quality software, support, and training comes from individuals who are familiar with the legal regulations and practices that are unique to their local jurisdictions. Accordingly, the company is committed to bringing jobs back to the United States and Canada. As a result, PCLaw | Time Matters was able to create more than 60 new jobs in North America, with their teams primarily operating in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Toronto, Ontario.
