Nov 25 Launch: OPPO Reno 13 Pro boasts 1.5K display, 50MP cameras & more

The Chinese smartphone giant, OPPO has unveiled the design and features of its highly-anticipated OPPO Reno 13 Pro smartphone. The OPPO Reno 13 Pro device is said to be OPPO's best-yet phone set to be launched on November 25. Ahead of its release, the cell phone marvel has disclosed Oppo Reno 13 Pro’s specifications, promising notable upgrades, higher performance and better battery backup.

While OPPO is yet to announce the global launch date for Reno 13 Pro, the series is expected to reach the Indian market by early 2025. According to the official website of OPPO, the OPPO Reno 13 Pro range is expected to have a sleek, boxy metallic design and flat display with rounded corners. The camera of the series is said to be the outstanding point with both models boasting a triple camera setup at the rear, while the Pro version is said to be packed with superior hardware.

Reno 13 Pro: What to Expect

The 13 Pro series stands out owing to a bunch of enhancements, unlike its predecessor. The OPPO Reno 13 Pro will feature a magnanimous OLED display of 6.78 inches with a  1.5K resolution. It will also have a 120Hz refresh rate, which is an upgrade from an upgrade from a 6.7 FHD+ screen on Reno 12 Pro. The Chinese powerhouse is also said to have MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Chipset, while it is also a possibility that OPPO comes with a different processor for the Indian models.

The latest OPPO smartphone also is a treat for photography enthusiasts as it will sport a 50MP camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 50 MP telephoto lens offering a 3x zoom technology. For content creators and other selfie enthusiasts, the phone packs a powerful 50 MP front camera.

The OPPO Reno 13 Pro will have a massive 5900mAh battery, significantly bigger than the 5000mAh battery of the OPPO Reno 12 Pro. As for the durability factor, the Reno 13 pro is rumoured to feature an IP68/IP69 rating offering dust and water resistance.
