Samsung’s-One-UI-8-Beta-Drops-for-Galaxy-S25-—-See-What-AI-Magic-Awaits!Galaxy S25 series steps into the future with One UI 8 Beta! Get early access to Android 16, AI features, and enhanced privacy

Samsung has officially opened early access to its One UI 8 beta for Galaxy S25 series users. Built on Android 16, the beta introduces smarter tools, stronger privacy settings, and a smoother interface for daily use.

The update is currently available in the United States, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Germany for Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra users.

How to Join the One UI 8 Beta Program

To try One UI 8 beta, Galaxy S25 owners need to install the Samsung Members app, log in with a Samsung account, and register through the One UI 8 Beta Program banner.

Once signed up, the update can be downloaded through the software update settings. The beta weighs around 3 to 3.3GB and includes the May 2025 security patch.

Smarter AI Features Powered by Android 16

The core of One UI 8 beta is Samsung’s use of AI and Android 16 features. The interface learns from daily patterns and gives helpful suggestions through tools like Now Bar and Now Brief. The beta also supports multimodal AI, allowing responses through both voice and visuals based on how the device is being used.

Adaptive Design Across Galaxy Devices

The design adapts to different Galaxy devices. Whether it’s a foldable tablet or phone, the layout adjusts for better use. Samsung has added Auracast support for sharing audio across devices using QR codes. This feature works with Galaxy Buds and other supported gadgets.

Enhanced Privacy with Samsung Knox Vault

Privacy upgrades are a major part of this update. Samsung Knox Vault helps protect sensitive data, and users now have the option to keep data stored locally rather than in the cloud.

Improvements to Everyday Tools

One UI 8 also improves practical tools. The new Reminder app assists with travel plans and task management. Quick Share is now more accessible and easier to use from the quick settings menu. Device registration at service centers is faster using QR codes or NFC.

Stable Release Coming Later This Summer

The stable version of One UI 8 is expected to arrive later this summer alongside the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. The beta rollout will soon expand to more devices and regions.
