Police said the high-speed car struck an auto-rickshaw, a parked Royal Enfield bike, and pedestrians before hitting an electric pole. Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco businessman KK Mishra, was allegedly driving the vehicle, according to police and eyewitness accounts. The family claimed a seizure caused loss of control, citing a medical condition over the past six months. DCP (Central) Atul Kumar Srivastava stated that the incident occurred around 3:15 pm and injured roadside bystanders and vehicle riders. Police are verifying the claim.

Witnesses reported the car first hit an auto-rickshaw, then crashed into a Royal Enfield bike, flinging the rider nearly ten feet. The vehicle dragged the bike before stopping at an electric pole.
