Vijay Devrakonda's Spy Thriller Kingdom Confirms July 31 Release: Rashmika Mandanna Praises Movie Promo

Vijay Deverakonda need not wait anymore. The high-octane espionage movie, Kingdom is ready to be globally released, with the premiere set for July 31, 2025. Kingdom is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the man behind the smash hit Jersey, and is ready to treat viewers to a ride with Vijay sporting a gritty new look that they've never seen before. 

After the promo for the film was released, Rashmika Mandanna chimed in on social media and called the teaser “fire.” Many Tollywood fans are hopeful that this movie will become the change that will usher in a new era for the TFI(Telugu Film Industry).

The Major Announcement: July 31 Shows the Destinies Unfold

The makers of Kingdom released a 44-second teaser on July 8, thus announcing the official release date. Vijay, who plays a police officer turned prisoner, posted the teaser on the internet with the caption below:

“July 31st. Across the globe. Let our destinies unfold.”


Vijay Devarakonda posted a teaser on X for the upcoming film Kingdom, in which he will play a double role (source: Hindustan Times).

The teaser reveals Vijay playing the dual role. In the opening scene, he is a disciplined policeman. Later, he becomes a monstrous prisoner living against all odds. The movie was originally set to be released on March 28, 2025. 

However, after four release date postponements, the release was postponed owing to geopolitical tensions between India and Pakistan, and also due to post-production issues.

Rashmika Mandanna's Viral Reactions & Fan Hysteria

Rashmika Mandanna, who is also a regular co-star of Vijay and his alleged girlfriend, was naturally thrilled. She tweeted and Instagrammed:

“This is (fire emoticons). All the best to the whole team! Have a greaaaaaatttt feeling about this one 💃🏻 July 31st is going to be a big celebration!”

Rashmika Mandanna posted on X to support Vijay Manikonda and Kingdom Teams and gave best wishes too (Source: Hindustan Times).

The fans started to comment on social media and started asking questions. This wouldn't be the first time that Rashmika has shown support for Vijay's films publicly. Rashmika had posted her Myssa look previously and Vijay said that it would be nice.
