Hrithik Roshan Battles Through Blood & Sweat to Complete War 2’s Grueling 149-Day Shoot

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has officially completed filming for War 2, the sequel to the successful 2019 film War. The actor posted a heartfelt message on X (formerly Twitter) explaining that the shoot lasted for 149 days. He stated that it involved a lot of chasing, action, dancing, along with a lot of blood, sweat, and injuries.

War 2 by Ayan Mukerji will feature high-octane action with six major sequences filmed in five different countries. Hrithik Roshan is back as RAW agent Major Kabir Dhaliwal, alongside Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani in what might be the most action-filled film in the YRF SpyUniverse.

In his social media post, Hrithik thanked Jr NTR, co-stars, and crew, and referred to the latter's association as an honor. He referred to Kiara Advani's performance as lethal.

Jr. NTR, who made his entry into the YRF Spy Universe with the film, concluded the shoot with an Instagram post. The actor expressed gratitude to director Ayan Mukerji and Hrithik Roshan for assembling a big surprise for the audience.

The wrap-up concluded with a dance finale, which was choreographed by Bosco Martis. The team was then invited back to Hrithik's home for cake and a sit-down dinner.

Hrithik is also said to have begun planning for Krrish 4, and Jr. NTR has several projects lined up.
