The standard iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro received notable updates amidst the huge buzz of the iPhone Air. The launch event in California displayed the remarkable upgrades provided to the current generation of the tech giant’s devices. Price Comparison 

The iPhone 17 begins at Rs. 82,900 for the 256GB storage variant, while the 512GB model is priced at Rs. 1,02,900. It is available in five colour options: Lavender, Mist Blue, Sage, White, and Black finishes.

In India, iPhone 17 Pro price begins at Rs. 1,34,900 for the 256GB variant and Rs. 1,54,900 for the 512GB model. The 1TB and 2TB storage models are priced at Rs. 1,74,900 and Rs. 2,29,900, respectively. The colour options available for iPhone 17 Pro are Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue, and Silver.

Display Difference: Smoothness vs Brightness

iPhone 17 features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen supports up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness and is available with upgraded Ceramic Shield 2 protection. iPhone 17 Pro has a similar display to the standard iPhone 17, with identical resolution, pixel density, and peak brightness.

Performance: Battery Life

iPhone 17 can provide up to 30 hours of video playback on a single charge, as per Apple’s claim at the launch event. When paired with a 40W adapter, it can be charged to 50 per cent in just 20 minutes.

iPhone 17 features a dual rear camera system. The talk of the town is, of course, the  48-megapixel Fusion primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and sensor-shift optical image stabilisation (OIS). This unique sensor can also act as a 2X telephoto camera with a 52mm focal length.
