Final Thoughts
India’s upcoming series is against New Zealand, which will start in the second week of January, 2026. India will play 3 ODIs and 5 T20I in the series. Jaiswal is currently part of test and ODI setup. This gives a long window for the Indian opener to recover from acute gastroenteritis.
Meanwhile, Jaiswal is the youngest Indian player to score century in three formats (Test, ODI, and T20I) of the cricket along with IPL. He is a key figure on India’s young test squad for ongoing WTC (World Test Championship).
