Their possible partnership plays out against the background of Cal Hampton's subtle paranoia and Boobie Ike's Vice City empire, driven by Dre'Quan's musical dreams and Real Dimez's viral ambitions. 

Veteran bank robber Raul Bautista watches this turbulent world as Brian Heder, a by-the-book smuggler, pulls the strings in the background. As their paths cross, spurred by desire and circumstance, the hope of a fresh start meets the built-in risks of their respective professions, leaving their destinies dangling uncertainly in the steamy air.
