Ranveer Singh Expected to Play the Role of a Soldier Infiltrating  Pakistan in High-Voltage Dhurandhar Trailer

The Dhurandhar trailer has created excitement amongst several fans, promising electrifying action. It showcases Ranveer Singh in a fierce undercover role as he infiltrates Pakistan to eliminate dangerous enemies played by Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna. 

Aditya Dhar’s film is packed with blood-stained visuals, explosive action, and a gripping narrative that has netizens calling it Ranveer’s boldest avatar yet.

Team Dhurandhar has been unveiling character posters from the film over the past week. The intriguing posters featuring Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Ranveer Singh have heightened excitement even further. 

Today, the makers released the trailer for the Aditya Dhar directorial. The official trailer of Dhurandhar promises to be the perfect comeback for Ranveer Singh.

The four-minute promo trailer offers a glimpse into the gruesome world of terrorism, revealing the menacing side of every character. The trailer sets the base for the plot surrounding cross-border intelligence operations and the officers who are sacrificed in the process.

The trailer opens with introductions to all major characters. A gory torture sequence introduces Arjun Rampal's Major Iqbal, aka the Angel of Death, who wants to ‘bleed India with a thousand cuts’. 

Indian spymaster Sanyal (R Madhavan in an Ajit Doval-esque look) decides that infiltrating Pak terror is the best way forward. This is followed by gory scenes and cool smoking sequences as Akshaye Khanna is introduced as the maverick Rehman Dakait. Sunny Deol completes the gang of devils as SP Chaudhary Aslam.

The RAW agent Ranveer Singh vows to drown their firecrackers with his bomb and enters countermeasures. A montage of action shots and gunfire highlights the film's thrilling action sequences.

The upbeat background score steals the show as the trailer reveals wrath, fury, and violence at its core.

Netizens Can’t Keep Calm

Mesmerised by the action-packed trailer, social media users said that the movie was pure cinema. “THIS is cinema!! This is Ranveer!! This is madness!!” said a user.

“In Dhurandhar Cast: Super Star Pure, Raw Talent” added another.

One netizen said, “This one is going to fire the side characters, literally nailed it.”

A user said, “Oh my god, I'm speechless! Is this just a movie trailer? What about the character? Ranveer has done it again! I'm so excited! A blockbuster movie is coming.”

Ranveer Singh fans were also in for a delightful action, and exclaimed, “Ranveer king is back”.

“Ranveer’s first 1000cr Film Loading,” claimed another fan.

Dhurandhar Runtime 

Uri director Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar is expected to be a three-hour-long film, according to a report; the final duration will be confirmed within the next 10 days.

Dhurandhar features music and background score by Shashwat Sachdev, cinematography by Vikash Nowlakha, and editing by Shivkumar V Panicker.

The trailer was initially scheduled to release on November 15, but was deferred following the Delhi Red Fort blast on November 10. Dhurandhar is rumoured to be based on the life of Major Mohit Sharma, who went undercover as Iftikhar and infiltrated Hizbul Mujahideen in the early 2000s. The movie is slated for a theatrical release on December 5.
