Sofi Martinez Slams Rumors Linking Her to Lionel Messi:It’s Completely Baseless
Sofi Martinez, an Argentine sports journalist, has taken to social media to respond to perpetual rumours of her affair with Messi. These allegations that emerged after a heartfelt interview she had with Messi after Argentina’s 2022 FIFA World Cup triumph, have provoked much attention. Martinez recently addressed the controversy during her appearance on the show PH: Podemos Hablar on Telefe, in which she addressed the speculation for the first time.

They were triggered by the news Martinez made an emotional interview with Lionel Messi, their captain, with whom Argentinians won the World Cup in 2022. Some fans of the two celebrities became unhappy and confused when they saw their kind interaction as a sign of infidelity. Martinez stressed how long she has worked with them as a team and was ready to walk out on the show due to rumours affecting her privately.
