Shark Tank India season 4: OTT debut and new sharks make waves!

 

Shark Tank India, the much-loved reality business show, is on its way to its fourth season with new faces and refreshing changes. Keying in a big turnaround, the show will stop airing on television and will exclusively stream on Sony LIV. Marked to release on 6th January 2024, the viewers can stream the episodes from Monday to Friday at 8 PM, where the franchise will make its OTT debut.

This transition reflects a broader trend in Indian Entertainment, where the big shows are moving onto online platforms to cater to the tech-savvy audience. The change is expected to bring the show closer to its younger demographic, thus bringing in more accessibility and convenience.

 

New Hosts Bring Fresh Energy

 

Hosts in season 4 are stand-up comedian Ashish Solanki and social media personality Sahiba Bali. The pair promises humour and relatability while promising to make the high-stakes investment pitches both engaging and entertaining. It will also be great to see how their presence brings a new dimension to the show itself, as well as a lively atmosphere in the tank.

 

Expanded Panel of Sharks

 

This season also boasts an expanded panel of sharks, featuring two new judges:

 

1. Viraj Bahl, founder and managing director of Veeba/VRB Consumer Products.

2. Kunal Bahl, co-founder of Snapdeal and Titan Capital.
