Microsoft and Infosys collaborate to pave the way for the future with generative AI technology
Microsoft and Infosys are at the forefront of using Generative AI, a subset of Artificial Intelligence, to transform Business Solutions. This cooperation intends to improve consumer experiences and drive innovation in the corporate landscape, exhibiting AI's disruptive potential.
According to a statement, Infosys is collaborating with Microsoft to improve enterprise functions with AI-enabled solutions across several industries. According to the domestic IT giant, both firms will bring together their respective artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities – Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services – enabling the transition to AI from digital, hence driving efficiency and productivity among enterprises.

Infosys stated that it assisted a top financial services company in implementing an AI-based solution to generate document summaries and give a semantic search capability using generative AI, resulting in automated document organization, lowering efforts and enhancing financial adviser productivity.
