Luthais McCash who recently got featured in an advertorial story on IndustryWired has cheated the publication by not paying for the services he purchased. Additionally, Luthais, Chief Executive and Scientific Officer of Sigma Solutions mentioned Andrew Dunn and his business partner, Ben Massey having high-level contacts in the MoD. This information has been clarified by Andrew over email communication as not true.
Luthais and Ben were in negotiations for him to invest in the business. These discussions had been going on for several months, with no documents signed between them. Luthais was interviewed a few months ago and, in the article, he stated that he had “acquired 40% of StratoBooster” and promised “£2 million cash investment” into the business. Neither of which had been discussed or agreed upon. Andrew spoke to Luthais about this and said it was inappropriate for him to make such public statements when he had specifically asked him not to. The relationship broke down after that and Luthais pulled out of the negotiations.
The information about Andrew and his business partner, Ben Massey is untrue, defamatory, and libelous. They never stated that they had contracts with the MoD and had network connections at high levels with the Royal Air Force, which is also 100% true. “The article tarnishes our reputation and puts at risk the other work, both Ben and I do, with the MoD, Royal Air Force and within the Space Industry in the UK and Internationally”, Andrew said in an email exchange.
