It shifts compliance left into the moment when ideas are becoming user stories and code.
Our domain SMEs bring in hard-earned knowledge gained over the last 37 years from areas like RCM, Payment Integrity, EMR, Member Experience, and Claims, as well as other critical domains for Payers, Providers, Life Sciences companies. Our forthcoming platform turns that expertise into everyday guidance for product managers and developers, so compliance is built in, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Vibe coding and AI are revolutionizing software development, but healthcare remains a highly regulated and sensitive domain. How is Emids navigating the challenge of deploying such technologies at scale, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and trust in patient outcomes?
When it comes to deploying modern AI practices like vibe coding at scale in healthcare, we operate on the principle that safety and trust are not optional. Scaling AI for us is about moving fast without breaking trust. That is why we embed compliance, governance, and Responsible and Unbiased AI (RUAI) principles into the engineering lifecycle from day one, including initiatives like our proprietary AI-first software engineering platform.
We keep human-in-the-loop checkpoints for clinical and business validation, build explainability and audit logs into our systems, and use continuous testing and monitoring to catch issues before they impact patients. This way, innovation moves quickly, but never at the expense of accuracy, fairness, or safety.
What will it take for India to lead in scalable, safe AI adoption in healthcare?
I believe India has a real opportunity to lead the world in scalable, safe AI adoption in healthcare. We already have the talent and technology expertise. The next step is combining that with deep domain knowledge, stronger regulatory frameworks, and ecosystems that allow solutions to be validated at scale.
