GRAPE Word Is Today’s Starter! Discover Hints, Tips, and Solutions for Today’s Daily Wordle Puzzle
Wordle is a web-based word game designed and developed by Welsh software engineer Josh Wardle. In the game, players have six chances to guess a five-letter word, with feedback provided by colored tiles that indicate the correct letters and their locations.
A single puzzle is released each day, with all players competing to solve the same word. It was inspired by the English game Mastermind.
Wordle, which began as a personal project for Wardle and his girlfriend, was released to the public in October 2021. It gained popularity in late 2021 following the introduction of a shareable, emoji-based results format, which sparked a viral conversation on social media.
How to Play Wordle?
Players have six chances to guess a new five-letter word that is picked every day. After each guess, the letters are colored to indicate their accuracy. Green means the letter is correct and in the right place, yellow means it is in the word but in the wrong place, and gray means it is not in the word.
If a word has more than one instance of the same letter, like the ‘o’s in ‘robot,’ those letters will only be highlighted in green or yellow if they appear more than once in the response; otherwise, further instances will be highlighted in gray.
