JMC Projects Limited, a Kalpataru group enterprise, is an EPC Construction company, engaged in commercial and industrial construction. The company has roots in both India and overseas and has accomplished assignments in Sri Lanka and Mongolia. The company has received several awards and achievements including ROSPA Gold Award for Safety 2017, ACCE B.E.Billiomoria Award 200 for excellence in construction, citation for exemplary service from Intel Design Center. JMC Projects Limited has created an ecosystem to promote business agility and innovation through a strong Human Resource team led by Deepak Saxena. 

Deepak Saxena, Deputy President of HR in JMC Projects India, is an exceptional leader with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resource strategy and planning across various industries including Technology, BPO, IT, Power and Coal, Oil and Gas, and Telecom. 

Conquering Different Interests

Having roots in Delhi, Deepak completed his Bachelor's & Master’s in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia University with a specialization in Personal Management and Industrial Relations. He also has professional qualifications in Training & Development, Law, and Journalism. His familiarity in different fields of social education and human behavior has enabled his growth as a powerful leader and people manager in the HR domain. 

Shaping and Sharpening Career through Various Industries

Deepak’s career journey initiated at Nuchem Ltd, manufacturers of MDF boards,where he led their HR department. His career journey expanded through Siemens Telecom, Reliance BPO, R Systems International, Web Help Global Services, Essar Group, and Reliance Power, before he shifted to JMC Group.  

His work with Siemens Telecom gave him exposure to talent acquisition and human resource models like PCMM. Commanding the GSM business across India while working with Reliance BPO, helped him expand his knowledge in strategic HR frameworks including COPC and Six Sigma. Deepak’s intrinsic mastery in talent acquisition and human resource planning has enabled him to introduce drastic reforms in all the industries he served.

The Strength behind Redefining JMC 

Deepak took the initiative to redefine the Vision and Mission statement of the company along with the leadership team so as to refocus on the Organisations’ aspirations.

He has tirelessly worked on restructuring the workforce in JMC and leveraging talent management to transform business strategies , Creating a blend of healthy balancesheet and human values. He inculcated a pool of talent with entrepreneurial skills to lead the company. Digitizing and automating human resource processes like talent acquisition, workforce retention, and 360-degree coaching has significantly contributed towards business growth and shaping the organization to meet future business needs.

He collaborates his innovative ideas in line with the business, collaborating with the senior management teams of the company to achieve organization objectives and promote the JMC brand value.
