BMW Group said on Friday that BMW and MINI brands reported a 10% year-on-year increase in sales, selling 10,556 units in India during the period of January-September, 2024.
Previously, in the last nine months of 2023, a total of 9,580 units were sold.
The BMW Group reported that it sold 10,056 BMW vehicles out of the 10,556 units. The remaining were 500 MINI models.
BMW Sold 5,638 Units of Motorrad
BMW also sold 5,638 units of Motorrad model of motorcycles. The company comprises three brands including BMW, Mini, and Motorrad.
"The highest ever car deliveries during January to September this year, reflects the synergy between a successful strategy and an unparalleled customer experience," said Vikram Pawah, President and CEO at BMW Group India.
Models like BMW 7 Series Long Wheelbase, BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase, and BMW X1 are leading in this vehicle category. The demand for the latest BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase is surpassing expectations, President and CEO at BMW Group India, Vikram Pawah, stated.
BMW Manufactured 725 Electric BMW and MINI Model
The BMW Group India has secured the leading position in the electric mobility sector. The company has 725 fully electric BMW and MINI models being delivered up to the Q3 2024, Pawan announced.
