The Journey So Far

Bertoni Solutions was founded in 2016 as a privately held company in Lima, Peru with a purpose to cover software development and technology advisory services for Switzerland.

Since then, the team has grown and expanded the service portfolio to respond to the most pressing market needs. The company continues working with the technology industry, but its main mission is to support companies from outside of the IT industry in their technological and cultural transformation. How do they do it? By providing consultancy services and innovative high-quality solutions designed and developed by an experienced and certified team of professionals. Mario Bertoni has over 20 years of experience in IT and business development. He is passionate about processes and systems. Apart from the Microsoft Gold Partnership, the company has successfully launched “Bertoni Solutions Young Talent Program” with first graduates from the program joining its team. The number of professionals in the company grew from 13 in December 2019 to 33 in April 2021. Bertoni Solution also delivered 73 agile software sprints in 2020 and almost doubled the revenue, with an 88% growth.
