Serving a Purpose

Supercharge Lab’s core engine, Sigmund, uses AI, deep learning, and a lot of data to analyze human approaches to decision-making and apply it to our messaging by improving the results we need. The company currently has two applications of Sigmund – Sigmund sales and Sigmund marketing.

Thanks to her background in finance, as a multi-exit start-up Founder, a professional angel and a venture capital investor, Anne has had the privilege of incorporating her experience into building success for Supercharge Lab.

Challenges that Shaped her Journey

Despite having an extensive experience in start-ups from both the Founder’s and the investor’s lens, the start-up journey was challenging and often lonely for Anne. Moving from finding the right co-founder to developing a rigorous business model and managing both product and business outcomes, Anne believes that starting up is not for the faint of heart.

When Hardwork Gets Recognised

Anne has been celebrated as a leader in the Southeast Asian start-up ecosystem, having been awarded Prestige’s 40 Under 40, Women Top in Tech (Asian Entrepreneur) and was part of the team that helped build the Start Up Grind in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Anne has mentored thousands of start-ups through her time as the Founder of Start Up Nation, and has been involved as EiR, mentor, panellist and judge to start-ups through We Work Labs, Start-up Leadership Program, Entrepreneur First, MuruD, The Creator Camp, Global Start-up Awards, Global Enterprise Challenge, Start-up Weekend and other entrepreneur acceleration programs across Asia.
